Welcome! One day way back when, my husband and I decided we needed a change. Enter the Whole30. It led us into a realm of wellness we had never imagined. After trying and trying to heal our bodies, it was the only thing that worked for us. Now we eat well (although less strictly than the Whole30), move, breath and LIVE!

Our tips and guidance draw from the experiences of Whole30 veterans (including me and my husband, Max) who’ve encountered every pitfall and backslide under the sun—and who have come out on the other side happier and healthier! Not only that, we look at other ways to jump start your new life in 30 days.
While we can’t promise miracles, we can help you make your own luck by providing a raw, anecdotal look at every facet of our Whole30 Kitchen (and beyond!), as well as other 30-day wellness challenges. We are by no means experts, but we are enthusiastic about starting somewhere to reach a healthy, happy lifestyle–and, for us, it was the Whole30. Maybe it will be for you, too.
